These terms apply when you browse or buy from theflourishstore.in, run by Flourish, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
Many of our products are handmade in small batches, so small variations in colour, shape and finish are part of their character and are not defects. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different on different screens.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The GST included in your order is shown in the price breakdown at checkout and on your order confirmation. Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,999 or more; below that a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders and payment
You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) where available, or by cash on delivery. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or immediately for cash on delivery. We may cancel an order — and refund it in full — if an item turns out to be out of stock, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Shipping
We ship across India. Orders usually dispatch within 3 to 5 days; delivery time after that depends on your location and courier. You can follow your order's progress from its confirmation page.
Cancellations
- Before your order ships, you can cancel it from the order page and receive a full refund.
- After it has shipped, you can still cancel, but a cancellation charge of 10% of the amount paid is kept to cover shipping and handling, and the rest is refunded.
- Cash on delivery orders that are cancelled have nothing to refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method or, if you prefer and are signed in, to your Flourish wallet as store credit. Refunds to your payment method usually take 5 to 7 working days to reach you after we process them.
Returns
- You can return items free of charge within 15 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Bakery and other food items can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged, spoiled or incorrect.
- If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace or refund it.

Your account
Please keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
